4. Purpose of the processing of personal data
The register is used for customer relationship management, customer communication and marketing.
The information in the register is used to direct the advertising and / or direct marketing of Globex Oy and / or its partners on the basis of customer information through Globex Oy’s media and services without disclosing personal data to third parties.
In virtual events, Globex Oy acts as a processor of personal data on behalf of the event organizer. In this case, Globex Oy processes customers’ data on a virtual platform for organizing trade fair events and the data is not used for Globex’s marketing purposes if the event organizer is a party other than Globex Oy. Such bodies include, for example, the Central Association of Mental Health and the Finnish Association of Pharmacists.
5. Information content of the register
The register may contain information on customers according to the following grouping:
– Name
– Email address
– Company / entity and status
– Company contact / billing information
– Phone number
– Subscribed services
6. Regular sources of information in the register
The register is compiled from Globex Oy’s customer information system and publicly available sources (eg internet, magazines, other media). Contact and customer information can also be collected through various marketing campaigns.
7. Regular disclosures
The Registrar will not disclose the Customers’ personal data to third parties, except if required by the actions of the Finnish authorities. We will never pass on, sell or exchange information for marketing purposes to any third party.
8. Deleting Data
The data may be deleted at the Customer’s request or due to the termination of the customer relationship.
9. Registry Security Principles
Personal information will be kept confidential. Globex Oy’s information network and the equipment on which the register is located are protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures.

Right of inspection
The data subject can check the personal data we have stored.
Right to rectification
The data subject may request the correction of incorrect or incomplete information concerning him.
Right to object
The data subject may object to the processing of personal data if he or she feels that the personal data has been processed unlawfully.
Prohibition of direct marketing
The data subject has the right to prohibit the use of the data for direct marketing.
Right of removal
The data subject has the right to request the deletion of data if it is not necessary to process the data. We will process the deletion request, after which we will either delete the data or state a valid reason why the data cannot be deleted.
It should be noted that the controller may have a statutory or other right not to delete the requested information.
Withdrawal of consent
If the processing of personal data concerning the data subject is based only on consent and not, for example, on the basis of customer relationship or membership, the data subject may withdraw consent.
The data subject may appeal against the decision to the Data Protection Officer
The data subject has the right to demand that we therefore limit the processing of the disputed data until the matter can be resolved.
Right of appeal
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Officer if he or she feels that we are in breach of the applicable data protection legislation when processing personal data.
